PROCESSING TIME

Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: the estimated time it takes to process your order, 1-2 business days normally.

Processing time differs from product to product, most popular styles can be shipped out in 2-3 working days, while custom orders may take up to 5-7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

For your convenience, we ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping for most places. However, there are some areas that need to charge the remote fees $19.95.

SHIPPING TIME USA: 2-3 business days.

Other Countries: 3-5 business days.

For pre-sale or customized items, it will need (5-7days) extra to be ready for shipment then. Please confirm shipping time with our service via service@mylockme.com.

We are pleased to offer free delivery of all goods.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your item to you as soon as possible.

*Please note:
1. The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
2. Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.
3. Shipping times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.

*Please be aware that any customs duty or tax involved at the customs of the customer's country will be borne by customers. The price for any order at vrvogue hair does not include the customs duties or taxes.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under "Account> My account> My orders"
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Here you can see how to track your order. If you require further tracking information, please contact us.
*Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.

Helpful Hint:

1. Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

2. The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.
